As a new or expectant mother, you have a lot to manage. We keep your experience simple.
We will help you choose the right time for the perfect maternity session and our staff will be on call to photograph your newborn during their very first days. All you have to take care of is your little one. Ask us about our Baby's First Year Program where we capture the rapid growth of your child during their first 3, 6, 9, and 12 months.
Locations where comfort is key
Choose a location where you will feel the most comfortable having your photos taken.
We often photograph expecting mothers in the comfort of our studio, but outdoor locations such as Whitnall Park or the shores of Lake Michigan are beautiful spots for a photo session. Intimate newborn sessions can be taken in our studio or at your home. Ask us about coming to the hospital to photograph your newborn on their birthday.

Baby's First Year
Includes sessions at three, six, nine, and twelve months, allowing you to preserve every stage of your child's first year.
Includes a 12x12 image frame with 1 image of your choice from each session. Book your first out of four sessions below.
Baby's First Days
A one-hour session where we capture every detail with a hospital or home visit during those precious first days.
Toddler Years
Includes a session at ages one through five to capture every year before they begin school.

Prepare
There is a lot to think about preparing a photo session. We are here to help you every step of the way. We suggest a consultation with one of our photographers where we can discuss what to wear, what location would be best, and what time of day is the lighting best in that location.
Photograph
For your photo session, we create a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere so you can look your best and have fun at the same time. Feel free to bring additional outfits if you're not sure what to wear. Our photographers can match your outfits to our backgrounds or locations around the city.
Purchase
We start your purchasing appointment with a presentation of photos to music. As your images are projected on our large screen, you will be able to choose your favorite photos and match them with our beautiful products. See some of our most popular products here.

When should I schedule my maternity session?
We recommend that you schedule your maternity session in the last trimester of your pregnancy.
What should I bring to my maternity session?
We encourage the baby’s father and other siblings to be in the photo. Bring some baby items that are special to you, a blanket, favorite newborn outfit, rattle, etc. Also bring comfort items that have helped you through the pregnancy, a special book, jewelry, a favorite mug.
Where is the ideal location for a maternity session?
Do you have a special place where you feel calm and relaxed? We enjoy customizing your session by meeting you in your favorite place or comfort of your home. Our studio provides a relaxed comfortable setting as well.
When should I schedule my newborn session?
Babies change so much even in the first few weeks of life. Their tiny toes slim fingers and entire being are continuing to grow every day. This is why we recommend newborn sessions are best scheduled in the first two weeks of your infant's life.
What should I bring to my newborn session?
The focus is always your little one, but feel free to bring family members to add to the joy. Father, siblings and even grandparents are encouraged to share the love. Keeping outfits simple is best. We start with your favorite outfit, and see how many outfits your newborn tolerates. Feel free to bring three outfits but we may only use one or two. We suggest bringing wraps or blankets, stuffed animals, rattles or any nursery favorites to bring to the session.
Where is the ideal location for a newborn session?
It's all about the baby now. Wherever your baby is most comfortable. We love personalizing photos in the baby's nursery or the comfort of your home. If you want to venture out, our studio sessions are focused on you and your baby, allowing you time to nurse, calm the baby and change diapers if needed.
